Privacy Policy

The Warrior Code ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account details — your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Apple or Google.
  • Assessment & progress — the answers you give during the assessment, your chosen pillar, daily completions, streaks, saved verses, journal reflections, and any signed covenant.
  • Optional profile photo — only if you choose to add one.
  • Technical data — basic device and diagnostic information needed to keep the app reliable and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and maintain your account.
  • To personalize your daily journey and greet you by name.
  • To sync your progress across sessions and devices.
  • To send the daily reminder you opt into (you can turn this off any time in Settings).
  • To improve and secure the app.

3. How Your Data Is Stored & Who Processes It

Your data is stored securely with our hosting and authentication providers, who process it only on our behalf to run the app:

  • Supabase — database hosting, secure storage of your account and progress data.
  • Apple (Sign in with Apple) and Google (Google Sign-In) — authentication, if you choose to sign in with one of these providers.
  • RevenueCat — subscription management and purchase verification.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and access controls. We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct — fix inaccurate or incomplete data (you can also edit your name and photo directly in the app).
  • Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
  • Port — request your data in a portable format to transfer elsewhere.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@warriorcodeapp.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also disable notifications in Settings or in iOS system settings at any time.

5. Children

The app is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
