Terms of Service
Effective May 29, 2026
Welcome to The Warrior Code. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
The Warrior Code is a daily discipline app built on Christian faith, providing daily scripture, teachings, challenges, workouts, and progress tracking. Content is provided for personal spiritual growth and general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, legal, or pastoral advice, and should not be relied upon for diagnosis, treatment, or decision-making in those areas.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
The workouts, challenges, and physical guidance in this app are general educational content for healthy adults. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a personalized prescription, and The Warrior Code is not a medical provider. Physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury, disability, or death.
- Consult a licensed physician before beginning this or any exercise program — especially if you are pregnant, have (or have a family history of) heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, joint or back problems, or any other medical condition, or if you have been sedentary.
- Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, faintness, severe shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms.
- Scale, modify, or skip any movement to match your fitness and skill level, and follow any instructions or restrictions from your healthcare provider.
- You assume full responsibility for all risks of injury, disability, or death arising from your use of the workouts, and you release The Warrior Code and its affiliates from any related claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Results vary by individual; no specific outcome, fitness result, or health benefit is guaranteed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the content for your personal discipleship only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the app's content without our written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All app content, design, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Scripture quotations are used in accordance with their respective permissions.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Warrior Code Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings at any time. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period. Prices may vary by region.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the app.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Warrior Code operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@warriorcodeapp.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Nothing here limits either party's right to bring an individual claim in small claims court.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
